Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 27 October 2026.
We want our shop to be usable by everyone. This page explains what we do, what we have tested, what is still imperfect, and how to reach us.
1. Our aim
We want everyone to be able to read about, buy and use our Expert Advisors, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification or high-contrast settings. We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.
We have not had the site independently audited, so we do not claim full conformance. We describe it as partially conformant: the checks below pass, and the limitations in section 4 are known.
2. What we do
The storefront is built with accessibility in mind:
- Pages use proper headings, landmarks and lists, and every page has one main heading.
- Everything can be reached and used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have labels, and error messages are announced.
- Links that open in a new tab say so, and link text describes the destination.
- Charts and diagrams in the guides have a text description.
- Text can be resized and the layout reflows on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
- Each page declares its language, and our German and Spanish pages are marked accordingly.
3. How we test
On 27 October 2026 we ran automated WCAG checks (Lighthouse, which uses the axe engine) on the home page, a product page, the catalogue, a guide and the checkout page. They scored 100 out of 100 with no failing checks apart from one link-name mismatch, which we then fixed. Automated tools find only part of the problems that real users meet, so we also welcome reports from people who use assistive technology. We re-run the checks when we change the site.
4. Known limitations
We know about these gaps:
- Payment pages are provided by Stripe, and sign-in is provided by Google. They have their own accessibility standards, which we do not control.
- Some guides contain long tables and charts that may be harder to use with a screen reader or on a small screen. The text of each guide covers the same points.
- Messages in the chat are translated automatically and can contain mistakes. You can show the English original of any translated reply.
- Documents and files delivered with a purchase (such as user manuals and EA files) come from their authors and may not be accessible.
- Third-party content, such as the Trustpilot link, is outside our control.
- We have not tested every combination of browser and assistive technology.
5. Ask for help or report a barrier
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email orders@forexcopilotea.com or use the contact page. Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and, if you can, which browser or assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within 5 working days and to fix confirmed barriers as soon as we reasonably can. If you cannot complete a purchase because of a barrier, we will help you finish the order by another route.
