1. Who we are and what we sell

ForexCopilotEA ("we", "us") sells digital software products, mainly Expert Advisors (automated trading programs) for the MetaTrader 5 platform, with a setfile and user manual. We sell software only. We are not a broker, investment adviser, signal provider or fund manager.

2. Acceptance

By using this website, creating an account or buying a product you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclaimer, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or buy products. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to enter a binding contract.

3. Risk and no advice

Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Nothing we publish is financial advice, and we do not guarantee any result. You use the software at your own risk. Please read the Risk Disclaimer in full before buying.

4. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and everything done through it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, abuse the service or attempt fraud.

5. Prices, payment and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms. Prices may exclude any sales tax or VAT that applies in your location. We never see or store your card details.

An order is confirmed when Stripe confirms payment. Downloads are then made available in your account. If a price or description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order before delivery. Otherwise all sales are final, as set out in the Refund Policy.

6. Delivery and updates

Products are delivered digitally through your account's download library. "Lifetime updates" means that, while we keep the product on sale, new versions and fixes we publish for it are added to your library at no extra cost. It does not mean we will support or update a product forever, and we may discontinue a product with reasonable notice.

Files are tied to your account. Download links are temporary and are created on request.

7. Licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your own trading accounts. Unless a listing says otherwise, the licence is for you only.

• You may not resell, share, rent, upload, publish or otherwise redistribute the files or your download access.
• You may not remove licence or copyright notices, or attempt to bypass any protection in the software.
• Where MQ5 source code is included, you may modify it for your own use only. You may not redistribute the source or derivative works.
• All intellectual property remains ours or our licensors'.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to attack, overload or probe the website, scrape it at a harmful rate, try to access other users' data or admin areas, upload malicious content, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Messages sent to the seller must be lawful and respectful.

9. No warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, profitability or uninterrupted, error-free operation. Compatibility depends on your broker, account type and platform version.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or any product. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

11. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the products, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it. A change does not affect orders already completed, except where required by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the seller's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection law where you live. Please contact us first through the seller chat so we can try to resolve any problem.
