1. High-risk warning

Trading foreign exchange, gold, oil, indices and other leveraged products (including CFDs) carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for every investor. Leverage can work against you as well as for you. You can lose some or all of your invested capital, and in some cases more than you deposit. Only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Automated trading does not remove risk. An Expert Advisor can lose money quickly, malfunction, or behave differently from testing because of market conditions, spreads, slippage, latency, broker rules, platform errors or internet and power failures.

2. Software only. Not advice.

ForexCopilotEA sells software tools for the MetaTrader 5 platform. We are not a broker, investment adviser, fund manager or signal provider, and we do not manage money or place trades for you.

Nothing on this website, in our guides, product descriptions, messages or emails is financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice, or an offer or recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Obtain independent advice that fits your situation before you trade.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not promise or guarantee profit, income, win rate, drawdown limits or any particular result. Past performance, backtests and demonstration results are not a reliable indicator of future performance.

Any results, charts, screenshots, statistics or descriptions on this site are hypothetical or historical. They are produced with the benefit of hindsight, may not include all costs (spreads, commissions, swaps, slippage), may not reflect real execution, and are not typical or promised. Results differ between users, brokers and settings.

4. Your responsibility

You alone are responsible for deciding whether to use any product, for the settings you choose, the account you connect it to, the capital you risk and every resulting gain or loss. You should test on a demo account before any live use and monitor the software while it runs.

You are responsible for checking that using automated trading software is allowed by your broker, prop firm or any other third party, and by the laws and regulations that apply to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, products and information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or compatibility with every broker, account type or platform version.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForexCopilotEA and its owners, contractors and affiliates are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the software or this website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

7. Licence and use

A purchase gives you a personal licence to use the software. You may not resell, share, redistribute, decompile or publish the files, or use them in breach of the law. Source code, where included, is licensed for your own use and modification only.

8. Payments and digital delivery

Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms and privacy policy. We, not Stripe, are the seller of record. Products are digital and delivered by download from your account after payment is confirmed. All sales are final and digital goods are not refundable once delivered, as set out in the Refund Policy, subject to any mandatory consumer law that applies to you.

9. Third parties and trademarks

ForexCopilotEA is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by MetaQuotes Ltd, MetaTrader, any broker, prop firm or payment provider. MetaTrader and MQL5 are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility.

10. Restricted locations

This website is not directed at, and products are not intended for use by, anyone in a place where publishing or using such products is restricted or unlawful. It is your responsibility to follow the laws of your country. You must be of legal age and have the legal capacity to trade in your jurisdiction.

We may update this disclaimer at any time. The version on this page applies when you use the site. If you disagree with it, do not use the website or buy the products.
