Copilot Circle rules

1. What this is

Copilot Circle lets members of ForexCopilotEA (co-pilots) share a personal boarding link. A person who joins through it is that member's wingman. When wingmen buy EAs, the member can earn rewards in the form of free EAs or checkout discounts. There is no cash payout of any kind, and no payment through Stripe, PayPal or any other method.

It is not a job, a business opportunity, a franchise or an investment. Members are not employees, agents or partners of ForexCopilotEA and cannot bind it. You pay nothing to join and may not be paid or rewarded for recruiting other members.

2. Who can join

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), have a ForexCopilotEA account signed in with a confirmed email address, and accept these terms. One account per person. We may refuse or end membership where the law requires or where these terms are broken.

3. Which wingmen count

A person counts toward your total only when all of these are true:

• They signed in and used your boarding link before making any purchase, and have never bought from us before.
• They are a different person from you. Your own accounts, aliases of your own email, family members using your card, and anyone paying with your card do not count.
• They paid for at least one EA, and the order was worth at least $10 after any discount. Free or fully discounted orders do not count.
• 14 days have passed since that payment, and the payment was not refunded or reversed.
• They pass our checks. Some wingmen are held for manual review; we decide whether they count.

4. Rewards

Every 3 counted wingmen unlock one reward round, up to 3 rounds per member (more only where we state it in writing). For each round you choose one of:

• 2 free EAs of your choice from the shop. The first 25 members who claim a first round (Founding Co-pilots) receive 3 EAs instead.
• A single-use discount code worth 60% off one order (75% for Founding Co-pilots).
• In addition, your first counted wingman earns a single-use 15% discount code.

5. Rules for rewards

Free EAs are the EA edition only (never source code), for your own personal use. They cannot be resold, shared, sublicensed or transferred, and they carry the same support, update and licence terms and the same risk disclaimer as a purchase. Free EAs are delivered through Your orders and do not count as sales.

Discount codes are single-use, tied to your account, expire 90 days after being issued, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and replace any other promo code or sale on that order. A discount order that is refunded does not restore the code.

A wingman's welcome offer is an ordinary promo code (currently COPILOT10, 10% off) and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Rewards are given once per round. If a wingman is later refunded, reversed or found to break these terms, we may withdraw the reward it unlocked, including stopping downloads of reward EAs.

6. You must disclose

When you share your link or code you must say so clearly and visibly, in the same post, message or video and next to the link, that you receive a reward if someone buys. Plain words such as "I get free EAs if you buy through my link." are enough. A hashtag alone, or a note hidden in a profile or behind a "more" button, is not.

The share buttons in your dashboard include a suitable disclosure. You are responsible for what you post.

7. What you must not do

You must not:

• Promise or imply profits, income, "passive income", "risk-free" results, guaranteed prop-firm or funded-account results, or present any result as typical.
• Give financial advice, or encourage anyone to trade money they cannot afford to lose.
• Refer yourself, use several accounts, buy through your own link, pay or reward people to buy, or use another person's card.
• Spam, post in places where promotion is not allowed, use bots, fake accounts or fake reviews, or ask for or reward reviews of any kind in exchange for the program.
• Bid on our brand name in paid search, imitate our site or staff, or use our logo in a way that suggests you are us.
• Target anyone under 18, or anyone where promoting or selling trading software is prohibited by local law.
• Offer anything of value to buyers that we have not approved in writing.

8. Our checks and our rights

We check wingmen for abuse, including by comparing accounts, email addresses, networks and payment-card fingerprints. A card fingerprint is a token from our payment provider and is not your card number. We may hold, reject, void or withdraw a wingman or reward, and suspend or end a membership, if we reasonably suspect a breach of these terms, fraud, a payment reversal, or legal or payment-provider risk. Our decision is final, but you can ask us to review it through the seller chat.

We may change or end the program, its rewards or these terms at any time. Changes do not affect rewards you have already received, except where required by law or to correct abuse.

9. Your data

We store your boarding link, who you brought (shown to you only as "Wingman 1", "Wingman 2" and so on, without names or emails), order status, the card fingerprint of paid orders, and a log of program actions, to run the program and prevent abuse. 10. Software only; no advice; no guarantee

ForexCopilotEA sells software tools only. It is not a broker, adviser or signal provider. Nothing in the program is financial advice, and no result is guaranteed. Trading leveraged products carries a high risk of loss. Read the Risk Disclaimer.

11. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the seller's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and subject to any mandatory consumer protection law where you live.
